Temporary Loaner Device Needs Form
Please complete this form to indicate that your child is in need of a Temporary Loaner Device for Virtual Learning.

NOTE: Temporary loaner devices at BC Haynie Elementary are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parents will be notified if a temporary loaner device is available. Parents must have completed the CCPS Residency Verification to verify that the student is zoned for EWE (lives in our attendance area).

PARENT VIRTUAL INFORMATION

Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) is excited to release the Parent Virtual Learning Toolkit for parents/guardians, families, and all stakeholders!  The purpose of the Parent Virtual Learning Toolkit is to serve as a one-stop-shop of resources for parents/guardians to successfully help students as they participate in virtual learning at home. The toolkit contains essential information related to core subject areas, how to login to the CCPS Portal, Infinite Campus Parent Portal, Extending Learning Beyond the Classroom (ELBC) guidance and expectations, plus much more. There is also extensive information regarding support for students (and their families) with disabilities from the Department of Exceptional Students. For more information about the Parent Virtual Learning Toolkit website, please see the attached news release.

  4. Unable to access Infinite Campus? Parents now have the ability to independently retrieve their Parent Portal username and/or password for Infinite Campus. To do so, simply select the appropriate hyperlink(Forgot Password? or Forgot Username?) and an email will be sent to the primary email address on file.

    If an individual no longer has access to the primary email address,please select Help and follow the prompts for further assistance.Please see the following video for step by step instructions.

  6. Report cards are now available. Be sure to follow the 
    Report Card Access Instructions to retrieve your child's final report card of the 2019-2020 school year.

     Renaissance Accelerated Reader Instructions

     Accelerated Reader quizzes allow a student to show understanding of a book he or she     
     has read. 
Instructions:

  • Select a book of interest to read.
  • Read a few pages to be sure you can successfully read the book.
  • Finish reading the entire book.
  • Take the Accelerated Reader quiz within one day of finishing a book.
  • Go to tinyurl.com/claytonar to login to Accelerated Reader. The username is the student ID number without the first zero. Each student should know his or her password
  • Do not use the book during the quiz.

Designed to provided families and students with free resources and school supplies for virtual and face-to-face learning, it is asked that parents/guardians with students attending a CCPS School during the 2020-2021 school year, register via the following link:
